For us, its simple. With our combinbed 55+ years of industry experience on our management team alone, we know the KPI's behind a truly clean and sanitary workplace. With every service agreement of 9 hrs plus per week and at least one year (some exceptions apply), we'll perform an initial deep, top to bottom clean of your premises free of additional charge. This sets the standard for both what you should expect with our services as well as the benchmark from which our on-site staff will be graded in Quality Assurance Inspections and performance reviews. During this period our team will also provide you with an assessment of your building and which additional special services (example: floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, window or power washing) your site may need in order to provide the most safe and sanitary working conditions possible and protect your assets.
